We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June–August). For private tours or larger groups, 1–2 weeks in advance is ideal. That said, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability — just message us on WhatsApp for the fastest response.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes — all our tours can be arranged as fully private experiences with a dedicated certified guide, tailored itinerary and flexible timing. See our private tours page for options in Dubrovnik, Split, Zagreb and more.
What is the minimum group size?
Most activities can be booked for as few as 1–2 people. For group tours, we join smaller parties together. For private experiences, there is no minimum — solo travellers and couples are very welcome.
Can I book for a large group?
Absolutely. We regularly arrange experiences for groups of 10, 20, 30+ people — including corporate groups, school trips and wedding parties. Please contact us with your group size and we'll put together a customised proposal.
🧭Tours & Activities
What languages do your guides speak?
All our guides are fluent in English. Several guides also speak German, Italian, Spanish and French. Please mention your preferred language when booking and we'll match you with the right guide.
Are the guides certified?
Yes. All guides are certified by Croatian tourism authorities and hold relevant certifications for their speciality (e.g., river rafting safety, maritime licences for sailing). We never use untrained staff.
What is included in tour prices?
Inclusions vary by activity. As a general rule, all safety equipment, certified guide, and necessary transport from the meeting point are included. For river rafting, this includes wetsuit and helmet. For sailing tours, it includes the boat, skipper and life jackets. Specific inclusions are listed on each activity page.
Are the activities suitable for beginners?
Most of our activities — including river rafting, sea kayaking, sailing and island hopping — are beginner-friendly. No prior experience needed. Our guides give full safety briefings before each activity.
What is the age limit for activities?
Age limits vary by activity. River rafting is suitable for ages 8+ (grade 2–3 rapids). Canyoning is recommended for ages 12+. Sailing, kayaking and city tours are open to all ages. Please confirm with us when booking if you're travelling with young children.
🔄Cancellation & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability. See our full Terms & Conditions.
What happens if bad weather cancels a tour?
Safety comes first. If a tour must be cancelled due to severe weather conditions (assessed by our guides), you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice. We monitor weather forecasts 48 hours ahead and notify you as early as possible.
Can I change my booking date?
Yes — date changes are accepted free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Simply message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange it.
💳Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, and cash payment on arrival. A deposit is required at booking to secure your spot, with the remainder payable on the day.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 20–30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the tour. Full payment may be required for last-minute bookings within 48 hours of the tour start.
What currency do you accept?
All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Croatia uses the Euro as its official currency since 2023. We also accept payment in Croatian Kuna equivalent if needed. Card payments are processed in Euros.
🎒What to Bring
What should I bring for river rafting?
For river rafting: swimwear, a change of clothes, sports shoes or sandals that strap to your feet (no flip flops), sunscreen and a waterproof bag if you want to bring your phone. Wetsuit, helmet and paddle are provided by us.
What should I bring for a sailing trip?
For sailing tours: light clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and a light jacket for evening. Non-slip shoes with white soles (to protect the deck) are ideal. Life jackets are provided.
Is travel insurance required?
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all guests, especially for adventure activities like rafting and canyoning. All our tours are covered by our own liability insurance, but personal travel insurance provides additional protection for medical emergencies, trip interruption and equipment damage.
🚐Transfers
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. We offer private airport transfers from all major Croatian airports including Dubrovnik, Split and Zagreb. All transfers are door-to-door in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles.
Can you arrange a transfer from Split to Dubrovnik?
Yes — our Split to Dubrovnik private transfer is one of our most popular services. The journey takes approximately 3–4 hours along the stunning Dalmatian coast. We can also arrange stops at Makarska or Pelješac along the way.
How early should I book a transfer?
We recommend booking your transfer at least 24 hours in advance. For airport pickups, please provide your flight number so we can monitor delays and adjust your pickup time automatically.
