Croatia's Adriatic sea is one of Europe's cleanest and clearest — visibility of 30m+ is common, marine life is abundant, and the underwater landscape of caves, walls and historic shipwrecks makes it one of the continent's best scuba diving destinations.
Below the surface of the Adriatic, Croatia reveals a completely different kind of beauty. The water is exceptional — warm from June to October, with visibility regularly exceeding 30 metres in offshore sites. The seabed is a mix of rocky limestone walls covered in gorgonian fans, sandy plains teeming with fish, and a surprising number of historic wrecks from both World Wars.
The best dive sites are spread along the coast and across the islands. The Lina wreck near Šibenik sits at just 28 metres — accessible to Open Water certified divers — and is covered in enormous grouper, octopus and moray eels. The underwater caves near Vis Island are world-famous among technical divers. And the walls of the Kornati National Park drop from the surface to over 100 metres in some places.
We offer try-dives for complete beginners (no certification needed — just good health), guided dives for certified divers across Croatia's best sites, and PADI Open Water courses for those wanting to earn their certification during their Croatia holiday. Pair your diving with a sailing charter to reach offshore sites normally inaccessible from the shore.
